While the entry fee for branded Ultra-distance races continues to increase, Sommer Sports felt it was time to give endurance athletes a break with our special three for two special for the 2011 Great Floridian Triathlon.  Through July 31, 2011, if 3 people (you plus two others) register for the GFT Ultra Distance as a group (details below) the cost to race is only $790.00.  That is only $263 per entry if you divide the total entry fee cost up between the three of you! If you you are smart, you'll convince two of your friends to sign-up at our current entry fee so you can race for free!  :) 

Remember, this special is only for the full Great Floridian Triathlon Ultra-Distance race and that all three entries must be submitted together following the instructions below.

1. After reading GreatFloridian.com's event information page click on the blue and yellow "CLICK TO REGISTER" button which will take you to the GFT registration page on imATHLETE.com.

2. After reviewing the information on the page, click on the orange "REGISTER for this event" button on the right side of the page.

3. Select "3 Race for Price of 2", which is is the very first option in the list.

4. Next page is where you enter each person's info. The first field you will see is the Team Name, enter the last name of the 3 people entering,  example: Smith Jones Johnson. We need this to verify the names of each participant that is taking advantage of this promotion. After that select the category (age group, military, athena, etc) you are entering, you do not need to register in the same category.

5. Complete the form required to register the first person and then at the bottom click on the "Next Team Member" for each member of your 3 person group. All three people must be submitted during the same login session. Note: if one of the three members needs to withdraw, Sommer Sports must be notified BEFORE the withdraw takes place.

After you have registered and paid for your group's entry, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email in a timely manner, please email us at 2011athleteregistration@triflorida.com
